We offer two sessions on Saturday mornings for children between 5 yrs and 10 years.     We use a variety of equipment to support and accelerate the learning process,  relevant to the age group

9am.  5yrs to 7 yrs – introducing the basics including balance, agility, tracking skills and teaching to hit a ball

10am.  7yrs to 10 yrs – progressing the rallying skills through drills, some technical teaching and learning to play points

Sessions run on a Pay and Play weekly basis.      Please contact first to check there are places.

M & J Tennis now deliver the coaching development programme at The Park Tennis Club, Tattershall Drive, Nottingham NG7 1BX

Sessions run as follows:

9am-10am  For  4-7yrs

10am-11am For 7-10 yrs

11am-12pm  Teenage Development

12pm-1pm  Hi Intensity Spanish Drills (yellow ball) – all ages ( from 10 yrs) including adults

ALL SESSIONS ARE RUN ON A PAY AND PLAY WEEKLY BASIS

Anyone wishing to come along can have a free trial and should you wish to continue, you will need to become a Club Member to access the coaching programme
